CarChalak arranges trained and background-verified drivers for people who own a car but prefer not to drive it themselves across Jaipur, Gurugram, and Delhi. Customers can book a professional driver in Jaipur for hourly city use, full-day schedules, one-way transfers, or outstation travel, and the driver takes over the customer's own vehicle. Each driver is screened before joining the platform, and fares are shown before a booking is confirmed.

Bookings are made on the app by entering the date, vehicle type, and trip type, after which a nearby driver is assigned and can be tracked live on a map. Need a driver in Delhi? The same process applies there, with service available at all hours and cancellation allowed up to an hour before pickup, so plans can change without any extra cost.
