NYFEW To Host ProjectMakeMe 2024 Webinar On Tech-Driven Business Growth
The Nigerian Youth Fashion Empowerment Week (NYFEW) has announced the ProjectMakeMe 2024 Webinar, a two-day virtual event designed to equip entrepreneurs and professionals in the creative industry with cutting-edge strategies for business growth. Scheduled to hold on Friday, December 20, and Saturday, December 21, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 1:45 PM (WAT) daily via Zoom, the webinar is themed "Innovative Strategies for Business Growth: Turning Ideas into Profitable Plans with Tech-Driven Solutions."
Speaking on the event, Matthew Kehinde Ogunniyi, CEP and Founder of NYFEW, emphasized the webinar’s mission to inspire innovation and collaboration within the creative industry. “This year’s event brings together renowned thought leaders across fashion, photography, beauty, hairstyling, and modeling, offering participants practical insights to drive growth using technology,” Ogunniyi stated.
According to him, the day one theme is “Tech-Driven Solutions in Fashion and Photography,” to be moderated by FreshFM/BlasFM presenter David Egwim with facilitators like Ejiro Amos Tafiri, a renowned fashion designer, on technology in fashion entrepreneurship, and Oyewusi Omoboyejo (Itsboye), an acclaimed photographer, on tech-enabled storytelling.
For the 2nd and the final date theme is “Tech-Driven Solutions in Beauty, Hairstyling, and Modeling” to be moderated by a radio presenter in Honor FM, Richard Oluwaseun Ekpo (Rhyno007) with facilitators like: Lilian Ukwakwe – CEO, Quisite Extensions, to be talking on digital tools for hairstyling businesses; Sola Oyebade (Mr. Mahogany) – Founder, Mahogany Productions, to speak on modeling and talent management; and Sedi Temitope Bakare – Esteemed makeup artist, with the topic on innovative approaches to beauty business growth.
