Three Siblings suffocates To Death Inside Motionless Car

Three children of the same parents, on Sunday, a result of suffocation in a car parked in their residential quarters in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital were found dead. 


 


Ibadan Media gathered that the car was parked at their compound at No 8, Boluke Line, Zango-Kulende quarters in the Ilorin metropolis.


 


Their mother, Shade Silifat, was said to have gone out to buy noodles for them to prepare for Monday morning school meals when the incident occurred.


 


Before she returned around 2pm, the children had locked themselves in the parked car and suffocated to death.


 


Silifat discovered their footwear outside the parked car and raised the alarm after forcing the doors of the car open.


 


The children were then rushed to Olutayo Clinic, close to their residence for medical attention.


 


They were, however, referred to the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, Ilorin, where they were confirmed dead.


 


Meanwhile, the three siblings were later taken to a Muslim cemetery for burial according to Islamic rites.
