The founder and Ceo of R.O and Co Properties Ltd, Alhaji Ridwan Olayiwola, recently celebrated the grand opening of the company\'s head office in Bodija, Ibadan. Revealed that the company had sold over 400 plots of land last month and just last week, we sold over 200 plots due to the company’s integrity with the best hands and staff.

R.O. and Co Properties, a private real estate company, was established in November 2018 with just one estate and has expanded to have estates in over four states in Nigeria: Oyo, Ilorin, Lagos, and Abeokuta.

In his opening address, Alhaji Olayiwola stated that people who require land or commercial properties in Ibadan can come to their office to inquire, as they have good payment plans, legal registration, and well-secured estates.

\"Our estates are very secure, there are no land grabbers or Omo Onile to bother our clients. We also have good payment plans with a registered survey, deed of assignment, and a certificate of occupancy (C of O). All our properties have a title and are legally registered, so there would be no problems for our buyers in the future.\"

He added that R.O. and Co Properties is a company of integrity with the best hands and staff.

To commemorate the grand opening, the Oyo State commissioner for Budget and Planning, Prof Musibau Babatunde Adetunji, representing the Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde, stated that he was happy to see people like Alhaji Olayiwola making it easy for Oyo state citizens and low-income earners to be able to acquire their property.

“I\'m glad that Alhaji Olayiwola through R.O and Co Properties is making it possible for Oyo State citizens and low-income earners to have the means to acquire landed property. Alhaji Olayiwola is changing the face of real estate in Ibadan; the Oyo State Government appreciates his efforts.”

He appreciated Alhaji Olayiwola for his efforts and proceeded with cutting the ribbons to open up the new branch and tour the new office.

Celebrities and company ambassadors in attendance including Ola of Lagos, Damola Adetunji, Ozain, and Cute Abiola graced the event amongst other notable individuals. The event concluded with games and networking among guests.
