Ifesowapo-Jenriyin Community Leaders Praise Chairman Kamorudeen For Quick Response To Flood Mitigation Efforts

In a commendable demonstration of responsive governance, the Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen has been commended by community leaders of Ifesowapo and Jenriyin Landlords Association for promptly addressing critical flooding issues affecting residents in the area.

According to The Daily, the landlord\'s association formally acknowledged the chairman’s swift action in initiating an expansive dredging of water channels along Kute-Jenriyin Road. 

The intervention has been said to be crucial in mitigating the overflow that had consistently threatened to block bridges and culverts, causing significant disruption for commuters and residents alike.

In a letter of appreciation, Chief M.A. Ajibade, President of the Ifesowapo Landlords Association, emphasized the importance of timely action. “The chairman’s commitment to our communities exemplifies the honor and responsibility of his office,” he stated.
 
The community leaders expressed their gratitude for the chairman’s dedication, which they believe reflects a deep understanding of local needs.

The Daily also reported that the associations further voiced their unwavering support for the local government’s initiatives. “We stand ready to collaborate on future projects that enhance our community’s welfare,” said, M.A. Ajibade.
